I think the idea is to make it look plush and there is some padding but it looks sloppy. I chose the recommended thread color for the name and it is very hard to see. Overall I am very disappointed. "Ordered a Petite Keep grand trunk during the warehouse sale. It was stated they would have minor imperfections. When the trunk arrived, there was a big dent and hole in the side of the trunk.I do not consider this to be a minor imperfection. Very disappointed in the condition of the trunk. Considering with shipping, I paid $285. I wish there was the ability to attach a photo to show how damaged the trunk I received was. My advice is not to order a trunk from them during a warehouse sale."
