Return Policy

Please be sure to carefully review all order details before confirming your purchase. Once an order is placed, we kindly request that any updates or changes are placed within 24 hours. We are unable to guarantee that changes can be made but we will always do our best to accommodate. 

Due to the handmade nature of the products that we offer, Petite Keep does not accept returns and all sales are final. Our trunks specifically, both with embroidery and without, are considered a custom order due to their hand selected design - each order personalized with love by you!

Gift certificates cannot be returned for store credit or refund. Warehouse Sale items are also ineligible to be returned for exchange, store credit or refunds.

We aim for consistency in all our products, but due to the handmade nature of each Trunk, you will occasionally find subtle differences that are in line with hand assembled products. From time to time, we make slight adjustments in fabric, font size and lettering as well as see slight variations in fabric color in order to enhance the aesthetics of our products. Fabric print placement varies and we cannot guarantee that embroidery will not be on top of a print.
